This Memorial is dedicated to the fallen comrades of RIMC. Refurbishment of the Memorial marks the end of the century and transition into a new one, while preserving the intangible heritage of this sacred monument. Bridging the gaps between the past, present, and future, the new design transforms the tangibility of the monument with utmost respect and sensitivity to amplify the sensory experience with Tudor landscaping elements, an evolved steel-cladded monument, the meandering ‘Ascending Walls’ for the Roll of Honour, and ambient lighting.
